Notion - The all-in-one workspace for your notes, tasks, wikis, and databases.
Workflowy - A simple notes, lists, and outliner that uses @ and # tags. Super fast and syncs between mobile and web in seconds. User since 2012, the app has slowly been maintained and developed but made a lot of progress recently and seems to have a strong future. Free to use for 250 spaces per month, $5 per month after that.
